SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship all domestic orders via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. $10 standard shipping and handling fee or $20 express shipping and handling fee will be added to regular sized items under 5 lbs. $20 standard shipping and handling fee or $40 express shipping and handling fee will be added to oversized items over 5 lbs (up to 20 lbs). 

We offer free shipping on any domestic regular size purchase over $150. 

Tullemoss.com endeavors to ship purchases domestically within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 4 to 6 business days to process international orders. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. Please contact us for international shipping cost.

**The Tullemoss team will do their best to process and ship out orders as fast as possible. This includes shipping orders with speedy delivery in attempts to achieve delivery before Christmas upon request. 

We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.**

 

Returns

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with original tags attached may be exchanged within 14 days of your order date. Exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted. The cost of your exchange item(s) will be applied onto a TULLEMOSS.COM gift card. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you exchange. Copy or original purchase order must be included with your exchange item(s).

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged on the following items: sale and reduced items, handbags, shoes, accessories.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days processing time for all exchanges. After your exchange is processed, you will receive an email with you gift card information. You may only redeem the gift card online not in store.

If we receive any item(s) with signs of wear, odor, missing original tags, or a past due return date, we will notify you and the item(s) will be returned to you.

When shipping your item(s) please use trackable shipping service or add delivery confirmation to your shipment in order to track your package.
